This is Bob, a member of the herd of Swallowbelly Mangalitzas at home in Bretagne. Notice the thick coat and the underlying pale belly hair and tail which is the identifier of this group. Not only do they look like dogs their behaviour in general is placid and friendly like a family pet. They love attention and belly rubs and tickles behind the ears.
Our French Farming neighbour Marie-ange here in Normandy refers to our Swallowbelly male Onslo as the Chien Cochon (dog pig), after having walked accross to her farm she witnessed him helping himself to feed sacks in her food store. Here he is enjoying the lovely warm sunshine with his Tamworth friends.
